This is one of the best brunch/breakfast sandwiches I have ever eaten. It is some small asparagus, cream cheese, bacon, a fried egg, and sun-dried tomato pesto all in an everything bagel. Simply delicious. I accompanied it with a ball of peanut butter, oats, honey, and brown sugar that was rolled in popped amaranth.
